Constructed a new Starbucks location strategically situated in the main hallway in Building 1. This new store serves as a central hub for employees, offering convenient access to premium coffee and a relaxing environment. - M-SHORAD Lab Remodel:
Undertook a comprehensive remodel of the M-SHORAD Lab. Our team replaced the existing flooring and drop-down ceiling with modern, durable alternatives. We upgraded the HVAC system by removing outdated ductwork and installing a new, efficient setup. Additionally, we built a new data closet with independent cooling and reconfigured the fire suppression and alarm systems to enhance safety and functionality. - Halo Lab:
Executed selective demolition of existing walls to accommodate a new data closet with independent cooling in the Halo Lab. We repaired wall damage and the ceiling grid, installed a new ceiling grid in the data closet, and reset the security monitoring systems for this enclosed space, ensuring optimal security and functionality. - Innovation Hallway:
Revitalized the main hallway in Building 37 by clearing and repainting the entire length of the hall. We installed custom wall graphics and artwork, creating an inspiring and visually appealing environment that reflects innovation and creativity. - Specialty Vendor Assistance:
GSW Constructors often collaborates with specialty vendors, including Lockheed’s A/V department and LG, for various installations. An example is the installation of a new giant display board in one of Lockheed’s conference centers. Our responsibilities included installing the structural support and meeting all electrical requirements for the new display board system, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
