Career Opportunities

This is an entry-level construction position, laborers will provide assistance with all assigned projects. This position will grant the opportunity to travel across the United States, aid in obtaining an electrical license, and a climbing certification. Laborers will also have the opportunity to work outside, sometimes in inclement weather, as well as demolition work. Project length is determined by the scope of work for each job. The timeframes can be anywhere from a few days to several months.

Responsibilities:

    • This position requires extensive travel across the United States
    • Help team members and superiors in construction projects
    • Assemble and apply construction materials
    • Smooth and level new concrete
    • Clean out the site as necessary
    • Offload and transport construction material
    • Demolish old structures and prepare the site for construction
    • Place safety traffic signals to ensure safety
    • Adhere to safety laws and regulations
    • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

    • Hands-on experience with construction equipment like drills, hammers, etc
    • Experience with mixing and pouring construction material
    • Knowledge of construction operations and procedures
    • Team Player mentality
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination
    • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
    • Must have reliable transportation
    • Must provide their own hand tools; tape measurer, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc

Our electricians will have the opportunity to upgrade and install Navaid equipment at airports across the United States. This position will also provide the opportunity to further your experience toward your electrical license and a climbing certification. Electricians will need to possess the necessary skills to apply comprehensive technical knowledge to solve complex problems through interpreting plans, manufacturers’ manuals, or similar documents to install new systems and correct deficiencies. Our electricians will also troubleshoot electrical equipment and controls to determine problems and perform necessary repairs. Most of the equipment serviced is located outside and electricians will have the opportunity to work outside, sometimes in inclement weather. All work is to be done in a neat and workmanlike manner and according to the applicable building and /or electrical codes. Project length is determined by the scope of work for each job, with timeframes ranging from a few days to a couple of months on average. Must understand that these projects involve more than electrical installation and be willing to perform a variety of duties.

Responsibilities:

    • This position also requires extensive travel across the United States.
    • Installation of underground duct banks, conduit, foundations for equipment, ect.
    • Pull wire, terminate cables
    • Construction of Navaid electrical systems.
    • Adhere to all quality and safety codes.
    • Assemble and apply construction materials.
    • Operate heavy machinery, I.E. Backhoe, Trencher, ect.
    • Site Cleaning and Demo of Existing Electrical, Concrete, ETC.
    • Clean out the site as necessary.
    • Offload and transport construction materials.
    • Demolish old structures and prepare the site for construction.
    • Place safety traffic signals to ensure safety.
    • Installation of concrete foundations and duct banks.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

    • 3 years of electrical experience
    • This position prefers an applicant to have an active apprentice or journeyman electrical license.
    • Experience in the installation and repair of electrical equipment.
    • Ability to read and Understand Blueprints.
    • Knowledge of construction operations and procedures.
    • Hands-on experience with construction equipment like drills, hammers, meggers, voltage meters, etc.
    • Team player mentality.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination.
    • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
    • Must have reliable transportation.
    • Must provide their own hand tools; tape measurer, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.
